I would like to introduce Dockter-Evjen Recovery Choice Counseling, a newly opened private practice in the field of chemical dependency treatment.  The office is located in Jamestown at 101 First Avenue South; Suite 3, however appointments are only being scheduled via phone at (701)320-7657.  Addiction evaluations and services are offered in the evenings and weekends to accommodate the busy schedule of many. Addiction Evaluations are also offered outside of the agency such as hospital or jail.
